Just Before you Tilt

Ah, the poker steam. If a poker player claims never to have looked over the barrel of a looming steam – they’re either lying or they have not been competing long enough. This doesn’t indicate of course that everyone has been on tilt before, a few players have excellent control and carry their losses as a loss and keep it at that. To be a strong poker player, it is especially critical to approach your wins and your defeats in the same manner – with no emotion.
